Therapeutic massages help you use your own resources to reach your goals and to feel good in your body and in life in general.

You can learn to:

  • Live with less or no pain at all
  • Feel good physically and emotionally
  • Create genuine and respectful relationships
  • Develop your qualities and dare to launch new endeavours

Here are the 4 steps I propose:

  1. Determine your objective and present what I can do to help you reach it (10 to 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your situation).
  2. Enhance your body consciousness through light or deep massages to determine in what way the difficulty that led you to consult manifests itself in your body. Any experience, whether symptomatic, emotional or behavioural, comes with a physical experience (muscular efforts, alteration of breathing, numbness…).>/p>

  3. Establish the means to free you from these unconscious mechanisms during our sessions.
  4. Successfully apply these tools on your own, in your everyday life.

Quick learners can sometimes accomplish three first steps in just one session. For other people, each step can require several sessions.


You can consult in case of:

Physical symptoms (non exhaustive list)

  • Chronic or acute pain (for example back pain, sciatica, headaches, menstrual cramps, tendinitis, neuralgia, post-operative pain, postpartum pain).
  • Scars (adhesion, redness, pain, aesthetics).
  • Constipation, lack of sensations, fatigue.
  • Recovery from an accident (recent or ancient).


Repetitive patterns (non exhaustive list)

>Behavioural: difficulty to cope with stress or a separation, lack of self-confidence or motivation, anxiety, difficulty to set boundaries

  • Emotional: difficulty dealing with fear, anger, guilt, sadness
  • Relational: difficulty with communication, commitment or trust.

  • Bereavement, separation
  • Difficult childbirth
  • Surgery

What a session consists in

A session lasts between 1 and 1 ½ hour and can be conducted on a massage table, sitting or standing, according to the objective. It’s preferable to wear nothing more than underwear, but you can keep your full clothing on if you feel more comfortable that way. Each session combines techniques of light and deeper touching, breathing techniques and movements, as well as verbal instructions.



  • CHF 150 the first 1½ hour session
  • CHF 120 for the following 1-hour sessions

If you need to cancel a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to not be charged.

Sessions can be conducted in French or English.
